Let's try it a second time.

Hey to everyone :) This is going to be my journey to thinnes, my way to success

So let's start with me:
I'm 20 years old and a student and FAT

My plan:
-3 diet shakes per day
-going to the gym everyday (If I have time I will go twice)
-a lot of water

I know this is extrem. I will do it fot 14 days, after that I will slow it down a lil, but just a lil ;)
So I will start and post my stats and goals on Saturday.

  3. I'm 20 as well <3 I did a similar diet a while back, only for 2 weeks, and that really kick-started me going to the gym regularly even though I wasn't as extreme about it afterwards. Hope you get similar results out of your 2-week plan!

    2. My diet was some image I found from Tumblr that said you could lose 7 lbs in 2 weeks, and I really wanted to prove it wrong...which I did, unfortunately. I really only lost about 1-1.5 lbs from the 2 weeks, but I wasn't too disappointed because I gained quite a bit of muscle and lost some fat overall as well. :)

  4. I like that you have a time limit, because most girls would be stupid and try to do this until they have to binge. Be strong darling girl, don't forget to reward yourself in the end
