Hey guys :)
I haven’t post anything for months, I’m sorry for being absent…
But now I’m back and YES I’m so motivated.
So how do you start a good diet? I like to FAST! Because of all the stress in the last months it’s a good way to clean your body and soul. I don’t know how long I will fast, it depend on my physically and mentally power.

Day 6

I'm losing slowly, but it's okay. I won't stop before I reach my ugw :)

I love the feeling you get after a good work out, you feel positive and strong and this is the best way to stay motivated during the day. Today I burned like 500cals, I have to burn more...

It's already day 5!

Can't believe I almost handled a week without binges...Yay me :D

Today I was in the gym and I did zumba for the first time. I don't like it. That's not for me but at least I burned some cals, right?

On Monday I will go back to my own place. This means I have to study the whole time, but I will make sure that I have enough time to work out. The good thing is that while I'm in the library I don't eat for hours than I go to the canteen and just eat some salad and soup - I don't like to eat junk food in front of other people.

Day 4

I went to the gym today and burned 400cals - this isn't much, but a good start.
I love going to the gym in the morning cause it gives you a good mood for the day and you don't want to binge because you already exercised.

Tomorrow will be a great day. I will hit the gym in the morning and in the afternoon I will go to another gym with a friend.

...I love collar bones and I love the fact that I have collar bones even when I'm fat :D

Day 3

Day 3 again..

My diet is going good. The good thing is that my mom joined in, so we kind of doing this together. That's really great, but the problem is that I'm not drinking my shakes, because my mom makes healthy food and I want to support her. However I will drink my shakes tomorrow cause I will hit the gym and burn a lot of cals :)

Day 2

Great day so far.

On Monday I have to weigh 64kg - 141ibs. After that I have 10 weeks to lose 9kg - 20ibs, I think it's realizable.

Day 1 ?!

I guess I'm a total idiot, but I restart this again. Gosh, I know this restart thing is just like another lame excuse for my fail. I don't know why I'm such a loser, I failed again...

But screw it!!!

It's a new day, a new chance and I'm sure this time I will be successful, I have to be successful. To reach my ugw I have to start now otherwise it's to late. I need to reach it in early May, so I have like 10 weeks to work my ass off.
