Today I was in the gym and I did zumba for the first time. I don't like it. That's not for me but at least I burned some cals, right?
On Monday I will go back to my own place. This means I have to study the whole time, but I will make sure that I have enough time to work out. The good thing is that while I'm in the library I don't eat for hours than I go to the canteen and just eat some salad and soup - I don't like to eat junk food in front of other people.
Here some thinspo <3

AntwortenLöschenBlah I didn't mean to delete that last comment, lol. What I said was that I don't like Zumba either. I find that I'm not very coordinated, it doesn't burn many calories anyway, and I don't like thrusting my pelvis. Kettlebells and spin are my favorite group fitness classes. Spin is fun and every class I've been in has had a nice group of people that are really into it. Plus no one can see what setting your bike is at. Kettlebells burn a ton of calories as well as giving you a full body strength/toning workout. Plus they make me feel like a bad ass ;)
AntwortenLöschenAlso, congrats on your success this week. I find that if I can get through the first two weeks its all smooth sailing from there. Good luck!
thank you so much for your advice :)
LöschenYes, I think the first 20 days are hard but after that point this will become a good habit - can't wait to be there. Stay strong :)
I don't like Zumba myself. I get confused and bored :( Just not my type of dancing I guess. Stay strong!

AntwortenLöschenBut I don't have the choice of doing other group classes, I really would love to take yoga though(:
Good luck and keep at it <3
